PLASTICAL S.L. fulfills the requirements established in Law 34/2002, of 11 of July, Services of the Society of the information and Electronic Commerce, and to this end it has created the following legal warning:
The use of the Portal attributes the condition of user of the Portal, and implies the total acceptance and without reserves of each and every one of the dispositions including in this Legal Warning.

In accordance with Law 15/1999 of 13 of December, of Protection of Personal Character data, we informed that the personal data that it provides to us through www.plastical.es will be dealed with confidential form and will happen to comprise of a file ownership of PLASTICAL S.L., C/ Barrondo, 9 - 48450 Etxebarri (Vizcaya), that properly has been registered in the Spanish Agency of Protection of Data (www.agpd.es). Their personal data will be used solely for the shipment of the information that the user has been able to solicit and for the shipment of future commercial communications that could be of their interest.

We also inform that it can exercise his rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition in accordance with the Law 15/1999, 13 of December, of Protection of personal Character data, sending an email to the direction grupo@plastical.es or if it wishes a letter it along with a photocopies of his national identity document, to the following direction: PLASTICAL S.L., C/ Barrondo, 9 - 48450 Etxebarri (Vizcaya).



PLASTICAL S.L. does not sell, rents nor puts at the disposal of third people the personal data provided by the users of the Portal. 



The user guarantees that the facilitated personal data are truthful and it is made responsible communicate any modification in the same. The user will be the unique person in charge of any damage or direct or indirect damage, that could cause to PLASTICAL S.L. or any third party because of the execution of the forms with false data or not updated.

PLASTICAL S.L. reserves the right to carry out without previous warning the modifications that considers opportune in the Web site, being able to change, to suppress or to add so much the contents and services that the form gives as in which these appear presented/displayed or located.

The user commits itself to do a use adapted of the contents and services that PLASTICAL S.L. offers, and not to use them to incur illicit or opposite activities to the good faith and the legal ordering, and not to bring about damages in the systems physical and logical of PLASTICAL S.L. their suppliers or third people, to introduce or to spread in the computer science network physical or logical virus or any other systems that they are susceptible to bring about the damages previously set out.
